Pre-Finished Bended Parts

The hydraulic pipes are manufactured with complex tube geometries to customer on our ultra-modern CNC bending machines. We bend pipes in diameter range from 4 mm to 76 mm in a variety of materials depending on customer requirements. From simple flexure without connections through to complicated bending part with special end transformations and special connector systems: always, our product is " ready to install ". The highest demands on the internal cleanliness require special cleaning procedures in the production process , including documentation of cleanliness. In our own tool, we manufacture welding and soldering teachings and highly accurate test gauges. All bending parts are measured on our laser measuring table or by means of optical 3D measuring machine.
